Reflexology
Reflexology is the study and application of manual techniques to treat the body without the use of ‘Drugs or Surgery’. It is a method of stimulating nerve endings that follow a path through zones of the body in order to activate energy and a healing process within the body. During a treatment we follow a sequence that covers the whole body. We usually apply specific compression techniques to specific points on the feet using our hands.

complementary. Reiki works on many levels – Physical, Emotional, Spiritual and
Psychological.

Treatment – what does it involve?
Reiki can be
administered with a gentle touch or without touching the body at all, the
client shall remain fully clothed, whilst laying on treatment table.
Swedish MassageMassage is classically defined as manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, performed by the hands for the purpose of producing effects on vascular, muscular and nervous systems of the body.
What are the aims of the treatment ?Massage has many benefits:

- Has soothing properties which can ease nervous tension, fatigue, and depression

- Improve circulation, and lymphatic drainage, which aides the breakdown of waste products from the body.
Swedish massage induces a deep sense of relaxation, which induces a positive effect on the whole person.
Indian Head Massage
Indian head massage is great for relieving the stress and tension in our everyday lives. The technique uses controlled movements and has a strong effect on the three higher chakras – the mind, body and spirit. The chakra is the energy vortex that we need to remain striving and because the massage works on the neck and shoulders, tension is relieved almost instantly.
Regular sessions of Indian head massage will result in a number of health benefits for the client, and a course of treatments may be advised if a complex condition is involved.
During the massage, the client remains seated and fully clothed. The therapist will then stand behind or slightly to the side of the client to perform the massage. A treatment session usually last for thirty minutes. This form of massage can be used with other therapies
